What is Holistic Nutrition?

Holistic Nutrition is a natural approach to health that uses evidence-based techniques for diet, lifestyle, and detoxification. Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, holistic nutrition evaluates the complete health history, lifestyle factors, current diet habits, and emotional state of an individual to determine the root cause of his or her health issues.

Can you Recommend Supplements?

Yes, as a certified holistic nutritionist I can recommend supplements to my clients. However, I always look to find the root cause before recommending supplementation and stress the importance of using food as medicine. Food has the power to nourish and improve the body and should be the first line of defense. In cases where supplementation is necessary a protocol will be implemented.

As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, I have a Practitioner account with FULLSCRIPT, an online professional grade supplement dispensary. All of my clients have access and receive 15% off all supplements.

Can you Diagnose and Treat Disease?

No. Any nutritional program suggested is not intended as a treatment for any disease or condition. The intent of any nutritional recommendation is to support the physiological and biochemical processes of the human body and not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. You should always consult with a qualified medical professional before making changes to your diet, prescription medication, lifestyle, or exercise activities.
