A mask I love to make to encourage healthy long hair is made with all organic nourishing oils.
Healthy Long Hair Mask Recipe:
Black African Castor Oil Rosemary Argan oil Avocado oil Lavender
These beautiful oils will encourage hair growth, repair, and shine.
Massage oils into scalp with firm pressure and add to the lengths as well. Do in a peaceful and relaxing setting. Flip your head upside down or hang off the side of your bead while massaging the mask into your hair to increase blood flow to the scalp and encourage healthy hair growth. Place hair in a braid or bun and sleep with it overnight. Wash out in the morning as usual (sometimes you may have to shampoo twice depending on the amount of oil you apply). The mask can be applied once or twice a week.
I suggest measuring your hair with a tape measurer and keeping a journal so you can track your hair growth progress. You're going to love the results!
