2 parts burdock root 2 parts roasted dandelion 2 parts Oregon Grape Root 2 parts fennel 2 parts chopped licorice root 2 parts orange peel 1 part chopped cinnamon bark 1 part 1 part chopped ginger 1 part yellow dock Mix all ingredients into a glass container. Each night add 2 tsp to 1 1/2 cup water. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer and cover. Let simmer for 15 min and then turn off and let cool with lid on. Your tea is now ready!
