Serves 2

1 cup nut milk (I prefer homemade almond or Brazil nut milk)

1/3 cup chia seeds

1 basket organic strawberries

Add chia seeds and milk to a bowl

Mix well

Let rest in fridge for at least 3-5 hours to achieve pudding like consistency

Blend strawberries in a blender


Scoop chia seed pudding into cups Pour strawberry purée on top Top with frozen berries of choice
