Golden milk is incredible for reliving stress and soothing the nervous system. Turmeric is what gives this nourishing tonic its medicinal properties. The active substance in turmeric is curcumin.

Golden Milk Recipe:

1 tsp. Turmeric powder 1 cup nut milk 1 tsp. grass fed ghee Pinch black pepper 1/4 tsp cardamom powder Dash of vanilla
