Simple healthy meal with a balance of macronutrients (protein, carbs, and healthy fats)


Pick your bread of choice. I use gluten free toast because I’m gluten sensitive but you can use any bread of choice. Organic sprouted breads are a great option and easier to digest. Smear with an avocado and little sea salt Organic Arugula Poached Egg ( Organic pastured eggs are great)

Tip for the perfect poached egg add minimal water to a shallow pan or pot with a bit of vinegar. The vinegar will help keep your egg perfectly formed. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and carefully crack your egg in. Let simmer for under 2 min, remove and voila you have a perfect poached egg. It can take a little bit of practice but once you get the hang of it you will have the perfect poached egg every time. . Avocados and eggs are a great healthy that will feed your body & brain vital nutrients to help you function optimally throughout your day. Plus it’s an amazing beauty foods.🙌
