You might ask how could a fat promote weight loss? This is because healthy fats are filling and increase satiety hormones. This prevents overeating while avocados fiber content aids digestion. Fat helps you burn fat, and it's also necessary to absorb fat-soluble vitamins. Here’s a really simple and tasty avocado salad recipe salad to promote beauty from within 1 avocado cut into cubes 1/4 pineapple cut into cubes 1/4 bunch cilantro chopped 1 radish chopped

juice of 1 lime salt/pepper drizzle with olive oil. All the ingredients in this salad have healthy skin promoting benefits, mood boosting benefits, promote satiety, increase energy, and will have you feeling fabulous! Enjoy!
