Tips for a healthy cup of tea
Use filtered water
Choose organic tea
Opt for loose leaf tea when possible to avoid the glues and chemicals that are normally found in tea bags
Use a non toxic tea kettle
You can find the non toxic teakettle that I use HERE
It is very important to use a non toxic teakettle because toxins can easily leech in to your water when using kettles made with unhealthy materials. To learn more about why using a non toxic teakettle is important read my blog post
"The Beauty Benefits of Tea and a Non Toxic Teakettle"

It is really important to use a tea kettle that will not leech toxins into your beautiful cup of tea. Most of the ones on the market are made with a coating that can get into the hot water and then we end up drinking them. Reducing the number of toxins we are exposed to daily is key for good health and glowing skin.
5.) Find a tea that you enjoy and drink it regularly. It takes 28-45 days for the skin to renew itself so be consistent and patient to see the best results.
Living a healthy lifestyle is all about balance and finding things that you enjoy. Try a bunch of different teas until you fund a few that you absolutely love. Make them in big batches and sip them daily for healthy glowing skin from within. Cheers!
