Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 tablespoon Manuka honey (you can also use raw honey)

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients to together in a small bowl

  2. Apply to freshly cleansed skin. Make sure to apply to the face, neck, and decolletage (chest) as well.

  3. Leave on for 10-15 minutes.

  4. Rinse with warm water, no soap.

  5. Apply skincare as normal.
