Who says a healthy drink can’t be in a martini glass?


I love to consume beverages in fancy glass wear because it makes it fun to walk around the house with a beautiful drink in my hand. Keeping it classy! A big part of being healthy is the ability to have fun and do things that bring joy to your life. Finding ways to spice up your everyday routine is a sure fire way to bring increased happiness and encouragement to keep on track with a healthy lifestyle. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be a boring routine it can be quite fun and silly. Next time you go to make yourself some food try putting it on a fancy plate or pack your lunch in a fun way that makes you excited when you see it. It’s the little things in life that add up to bring us joy and keep us motivated. You can find me drinking most of my drinks out of a martini glass....yes even smoothies. Lemon apple ginger juice is one of my favorites because it tastes like liquid sunshine and is full of nutrients that encourage good health and an immune boost, improving digestive health, and gives your skin a gorgeous glow. How to make:. 1 apple juiced (Fuji or honey crisp). 1/2 juice of lemon. 1 small thumb ginger. If you don’t have a juicer you can blend in your blender and use a fine strainer to remove the pulp.
