How to Make a Collagen Matcha Latte

Glowing Skin Collagen Matcha Latte Don’t you just love a delicious warming cup of matcha that also promotes beauty from within? I know I sure do!

This is why I love to add Marin collagen powder to my latte for extra skin, hair, and nails beauty benefits.

It’s made from wild-caught fish off the Alaska coast and is highly bioavailable. It’s really easy to add to recipes since it’s flavorless and mixes well.

As a nutritionist, I recommend collagen powder to my clients looking to support healthy skin

Here is the Recipe

1 cup unsweetened full fat coconut milk

(from the can, without guar)

You can also use any milk of choice

1-2 scoops collagen powder

1/2 tsp matcha powder (ceremonial grade)

Warm milk and matcha on the stovetop. Make sure not to let it boil since matcha loses nutrients above 175.

Add to a blender along with collagen powder.

If you like you can add sweetener.
