How to Make Magnesium Oil Spray

2 cups distilled water

2 cups magnesium chloride flakes


1.) Bring water to a simmer in a medium pot.

2.) Reduce heat to low

3.) Add flakes

4.) Stir until completely dissolved (usually less than 1 minute)

5.) Let cool and pour in a glass spray bottle

You’re done! Super easy right?

Spray on multiple areas of the body with clean skin and get ready to CHILL Wipe off after 30 min if desired
