Nutrition Grad Guide Podcast

When opportunity calls, you answer. Recently I connected with the beautiful Shahna Sarpi on her podcast, "Nutrition Grad Guide."

It is a fantastic resource for wellness professionals like myself to share their voice about the many paths we can take in our field.

Often in nutrition schools, we are taught that 1:1 client-based consulting is the best path for helping people in the wellness space. That does not consider an individuals' desired method of helping people; the fast rate the wellness industry is growing, or the incredible opportunities that lie ahead for those willing to think outside of the box.

I was thrilled when Shahna Sarpi contacted me, asking to be a guest on her podcast. The first thing I did was listen to as many of her podcasts as I could to see what she was offering. It was honestly a breath of fresh air. It made my heart soar listening to others in the wellness space and the various career paths they took.

Nowadays, there are so many paths one can take as a nutrition practitioner.

Here are just some examples

  • Wellness Writing

  • Wellness Teacher

  • Healthy Food Products

  • Supplement Line

  • Natural Beauty Line

  • 1:1 Consulting

  • Lecturer

  • Wellness Retreats

  • Wellness Workshops

  • And the list continues.

I am so happy to see wellness professionals worldwide doing what they love in a way that feels aligned with how they want to help people in the world. It's a beautiful thing!

I am so happy I listened to my intuition to help people in a way that comes naturally to me. I have taken on many hats as a 1:1 nutrition consultant, wellness writer, natural beauty educator, on-air television personality, podcast and radio guest, and organic skincare formulator. Each of these feeds my soul's desire to help people live a healthy life they love.

Life is about taking risks and following your heart; the rest will figure itself out along the way.
