hibiscus is a wonderful herb for healthy glowing skin. It is rich in vitamin C which supports collagen and elastin for a radiant appearance. The gentle exfoliating properties found in Hibiscus nourish cells, slough off dead skin, and encourage a brighter appearance.


How to incorporate this fantastic herbs for healthy glowing skin -hibiscus into your beauty routine


  • Enjoy hibiscus tea for a beauty from within approach. Promote collagen and elastin production with each delicious sip.


  • Add 1 tsp hibiscus powder to 1 tablespoon honey and apply to clean skin. Leave on for 20 minutes and rinse. Hello, glowing skin!


  • Create a DIY Herbal facial steam. Mix 1 tbsp hibiscus flowers and other herbs of choice with boiling water. Take off heat and steam face.

How to incorporate Tulsi into your holistic beauty routine


  • Enjoy Tulsi tea or a supplement to reduce stress. Excess stress takes a major toll on our health and appearance and Tulsi does a great job at helping the body adapt.

  • Add Tulsi leaves to simmering water for a facial steam


  • Make a Tulsi Skin Calming Face Pack

Add 1 tbsp Tulsi with filtered water to create a paste. If you can't find the loose herb you can cut open Tulsi tea bags.

Mix well and apply to the face. Spritz with a hydrosol or water whenever you feel it start to dry. Leave on for 30-1 hour.




Chamomile


Reduces stress, one of the top beauty zappers. Keeping chamomile tea handy is a great way to protect your mind, body, and skin.


Chamomile also works beautifully when applied topically to sensitive skin that needs a little extra tender loving care.


How to incorporate Chamomile into your beauty routine


  • Enjoy a chamomile tea to wind down at the end of the day

  • Simmer the flowers for a DIY facial steam

  • Mix with water for a Redness reducing face pack


  • Simmer the flowers to create a hair brightening rinse

Chamomile does a great job at naturally brightening the hair and enhancing highlights. Add 4 tbsp chamomile or cup open four tea bags and add to boiling water. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and strain. Steep overnight. Shampoo hair and pour chamomile hair rinse over hair. Let hair air dry in the sun. Spend at least 30-1hour in the sun to get the maximum benefits of hair brightening.




Rose

Rose is rich in vitamin C which promotes collagen and elastin production. A simple cup of rose tea is a beautiful way to encourage healthy skin from within.


Rose also contains natural sedative properties which encourage relaxation for a restful night of beauty sleep.
