This delicious and nutritious salad is rich in skin-loving nutrients, and it's incredibly easy to make. The dressing can be used as a salad dressing, dip for veggies, crackers, and chips, as a base for sautéing, and much more.

This Anti Aging Beauty Food Salad is Rich in:

  • Vitamin C

  • Potassium

  • Vitamin A

  • Vitamin B6

  • Vitamin E

  • Omega -3's

  • Vitamin K

  • Antioxidants

  • Fiber

  • Folate

  • Iron

  • Manganese

  • Calcium

  • Magnesium


  • 1/2 cup nut milk

  • 1 bunch dill without stems

  • 1/2 bunch Italian Parsley without stems

  • 4 tbsp. Olive oil

  • 4 tbsp. Champagne vinegar

  • 4 scallions

  • Sea Salt & pepper to taste


  • Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are liquefied.

  • Spiralize 2-3 medium zucchini & place in a bowl.

  • Pour dill dressing on top

  • Done! Super easy!
