DIY Coffee Body Scrub




Do you want smooth and hydrated skin using ingredients found in your kitchen? Your morning cup of coffee makes a great body scrub. When applied topically, the caffeine in coffee stimulates blood flow making skin appear radiant and bright while also helping to reduce cellulite.


The warming sensation from cinnamon stimulates blood flow and the coconut oil is ultra moisturizing. I love how moisturized and smooth my skin is after using this scrub.

Recipe:

1 cup organic coffee grounds

1 cup organic brown sugar

1/4 cup melted organic coconut oil


1/4 cup melted shea butter

1 Tbsp cinnamon

An empty jar

Mix all ingredients together

Apply in the shower and massage the scrub onto skin in circular motions focusing on troubled areas.


Rinse with water and repeat as often as possible for best results.



It’s so amazing for our health to use ingredients the body can recognize and utilize. It takes a burden off of our liver and allows our natural beauty to shine through.


Also, if you’re in a pinch you can pour some hot water into the mixture and you have a coconut coffee on the go. Laughs!
