Increase your circulation for healthy glowing skin. If you have a few minutes each day you can practice a few natural beauty tips to promote more radiant skin.
Supporting your lymphatic system and eating a healthy diet are two of the best ways to get a healthy glow naturally. Beauty creams are great but a healthy glow from within is the key to looking your best.
Here are my tops tips for increasing circulation for beautiful skin naturally.
Give Yourself a Face Massage

If you’re looking for a natural approach to anti aging and phenomenal changes to your skin, you’re in luck! These natural anti aging tools will do wonders to increase your beauty and increase health. I promise you won't be disappointed!
Did you know the skin regenerates itself every 28 days? This means anyone can have fresh younger looking skin at any age. As with any natural beauty remedy it takes time and dedication, but the effort is well worth it.
The gua sha and jade roller are two amazing natural beauty tools that can increase circulation for a healthy glow.
What is a Gua Sha?
An ancient Chinese natural therapy that is over 2,000 years old. It improves lymph drainage resulting in a brighter, clearer complexion. It does an amazing job at improving circulation to help clear out waste products like blackheads and pimples.
Regular Gua Sha can lift and sculpt the face for a tighter, firmer, and lifted appearance, reduces fine lines, and stimulate the dermis to support collagen production.
I see immediate results after using the Gua Sha. My whole face looks brighter, tighter, and lifted. The more you dedicate yourself to this practice the better results you will see.
It should take you a minimum of 10 minutes if you do it properly. The goal is to slowly move the skin on the face upwards for a natural lift.
What is a Jade Roller?
An ancient Chinese natural beauty tool used to improve the skin while supporting healthy blood flow and circulation. It is similar to the gua sha but takes less time. The gua sha has more benefits but the jade roller is nice to use on busy mornings.
Regular use of a jade roller can reduce puffiness
(especially if you put it in the fridge. It feels so good), support healthy blood circulation to the face, assist in lymphatic drainage, help roll out facial lines, and reduce fine lines.
It is perfect for those busy mornings to help reduce puffiness and to wake up the skin for a healthy glow. Both the gua sha and jade roller have amazing benefits and work incredibly well to encourage healthy skin naturally.
Practice Abhyanga

Abhyanga means, “self massage with oil,” it is an Ayurvedic tradition that helps to support inner and outer health and beauty. Regular Abhyanga can help support lymphatic detoxification, improve circulation, soothe the nervous system, helps to wash away stress, moisturize the skin, firm and tone skin, and encourage a healthy glow.
It’s the perfect remedy for supporting the health of your skin and body naturally. It feels like you are giving yourself a big hug! It is a great way to connect to your body and show yourself some extra love.
Exercise Regularly

Working out increases circulation for a healthy glow.
Have you ever noticed that your skin looks so much healthier after a good workout? This is due to the increased blood flow to the face and other organs to help them efficiently do their jobs.
There are so many different types of workouts so it is best to find one that you enjoy and will practice regularly. Even a regular twenty-minute walk can make a significant difference in your overall health and appearance.
Inversion Method

Let's get upside down! What goes up must come down and practicing the inversion method can help to increase blood circulation and encourage blood flow to the face and scalp.
You can easily encourage more blood flow to your face by hanging off the side of your couch, bed, or simply putting your feet up on the wall. If you are adventurous you might try a handstand. If you are not very flexible and it sounds overwhelming you can simply try hanging your head in between your knees for a couple of minutes.
Bonus points if you massage your scalp while upside down to encourage healthy hair growth!
Stay Hydrated

Hydrated skin is glowing skin! The human body is made of nearly 65% water and the more water we drink the healthier we look and feel.
Most people do not get enough water each day, which can lead to dry skin and contribute to the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Water is necessary for our body to run optimally and to support blood flow so nutrients can nourish the skin.
When you drink enough water, it helps to support blood flow, detoxification, improve skin tone, reduce puffiness, and plump up skin for a healthy appearance.
If plain water does not interest you, then creating spa water can be a great way to increase your water intake. Adding citrus fruits, berries, cucumbers, mint, or basil is a beautiful way to infuse flavor into your drink while increasing beauty nutrients.
Dry Body Brush

Dry body brushing is the practice of brushing your body with a firm bristled brush on dry skin before the shower. It helps to exfoliate the skin and increase blood flow for a healthy glow.
It rejuvenates the nervous system and can be quite energizing so I always suggest doing it in the morning. It puts an extra pep in your step. I always feel amazing afterward.

Eat a Healthy Diet

Healthy skin is made from within. We are what we eat, and nutritious food can transform how we look with each bite.
While topical beauty applications are an essential part of maintaining healthy skin, they can only do so much since they work with the skin’s outer layers. Healthy foods have a greater capacity to improve our appearance because they nourish our cells while creating the foundation for healthier and more radiant skin.
The healthier your diet is the better your circulation will be and it will directly improve your skin.
Next time you are at the grocery store, take notice of all the fresh and colorful, healthy foods as each one of them holds the nutrients to improve the look and feel of your skin naturally.
Contrast Showers

Cold and hot shower contrast is a wonderful way to improve circulation for a healthy glow.
I know what you're thinking, who wants to take a cold shower? It is actually really invigorating and can help to improve blood circulation, support the lymphatic system, tone skin, and encourage healthy glowing skin.
It is really easy to do. Simply start your shower off normally and after a minute or two turn the shower to cold for 45 seconds and then back to warm for one minute. Repeat for the duration of your shower and end with cold water.
If that seems challenging then simply end your shower with cold water. It is such a great way to wake up, energize, and encourage a healthy appearance naturally.
Pro tip: Never use hot water on your face. It will dry out your skin and can even damage it. Stick to warm water for the face.
I hope you enjoyed these natural beauty tips for healthy glowing skin. Every bit of effort you put into your health and beauty will provide beautiful results. Cheers to good health and glowing skin!
