How we look and feel can significantly influence our daily lives. Our inner and outer beauty plays a part in how we appear in the world. Caring about our appearance can often be seen as vain, but it is actually an act of self-care. The body's largest organ is the skin, and taking care of it helps to support our overall wellness.
However, our outer beauty shouldn't be the only focus because real beauty comes from within. A good heart, self-love, and a healthy lifestyle are the foundations of beauty. They can infuse our lives with joy and happiness.
Join me as I discuss the foundations of creating a healthy approach to beauty, inside and out.

1.) Practice Kindness Every Day
True beauty comes from the heart, not our outward appearance. Some of the most beautiful people have a heart of gold and regularly share their kindness with others. Operating from a place of compassion can be life-changing for those who need it. You never know what someone is going through and how a simple smile, gesture, or listening ear can help them.
Kindness can awaken the hearts of others and bring more love and light into their lives. It also strengthens our love for ourselves and creates the foundation of beauty. Beauty from within is the most beautiful of all. Be kind, and you will always look and feel beautiful.
2.) Live Authentically
Nothing is more beautiful than a woman who isn't afraid to be herself. A woman who stands tall and embraces what makes her unique is absolutely gorgeous. We are not all supposed to look and act the same. It is our differences that make us beautiful. No one has your eyes, nose, or lips. No one has your heart. Don't try and change them. Instead, change your mindset.
Instead of following societal beauty standards and molding yourself to look like the next beauty trend, tune out the noise and embrace your unique beauty. Learning how to honor ourselves instead of changing ourselves is the beginning of a lifelong journey of acceptance, which is beautiful.
3.) Speak to Yourself With Loving Words
How we speak to ourselves can influence how we look and feel. The body has no choice but to believe what the brain tells it. Next time you find yourself criticizing yourself take a moment and breathe deeply. Release the negative words and replace them with five things you love about yourself. Instant mood boost!
4.) Let Go of the Fear Of Aging
Age is just a silly number and does not define our worth. Women are beautiful at every stage in life. Honoring each part of our journey is essential and a lovely way to age gracefully.

5.) Practice a Natural Beauty Skincare Routine
Nourishing natural ingredients are a fantastic way to look and feel our best at every age. Natural beauty skincare is made with healthy ingredients, not toxicants. Toxic products can influence how we look and feel. Learning how to minimize exposure can be life-changing and will allow your natural beauty to shine through.
The average woman is estimated to use 168 toxins in her daily beauty routine. Products such as skincare, makeup, hair care, body care, and dental products often contain harmful chemicals that can cause health issues and contribute to premature aging. An excellent way of looking and feeling your best at every stage in life is to ditch the toxins.
6.) Try Holistic Beauty Tools
Natural beauty tools are a much healthier approach to procedures such as Botox, fillers, and plastic surgery. They support graceful aging and also benefit your health. Holistic beauty tools help to stimulate the dermis, the middle layer of skin, where collagen and elastin are found.
You can encourage healthier and more youthful skin with a little effort each day. In thirty days, you will notice a significant difference in the appearance of your skin.

7.) Consume Healthy Food
Healthy food creates the foundation of outer beauty. It creates our skin, hair, and nails. No cosmetic can compete with a well-balanced diet. Healthy and glowing skin is always derived from the inside out because the skin reflects our internal health. Nutrient-dense foods help build the foundation of the skin's appearance, and optimal nutrition can produce collagen and elastin, fight free radical damage and give the skin a youthful and glowing appearance. Learning to feed your skin the proper nutrients from the inside out can be empowering and delicious.
Using non toxic cookware is also essential for supporting our health and beauty. Toxins from conventional cookware, such as nonstick pans and pots, can increase our toxic load and increase aging.
What is the point of buying healthy food and cooking it in cookware that leeches toxins?

Quality sleep is the fountain of youth, and it is free for you to enjoy each night. Sleeping helps repair, rejuvenate, and detoxify at night to encourage a healthier and more radiant appearance. 9.) Move your Body Regularly
Exercise is an excellent way to support your health and beauty naturally. Regular movement helps increase feelings of well-being, provides energy, and encourages a healthy glow. When we are sedentary, it can lead to poor health, low mood, and premature aging. Aim to move your body in a way that you enjoy at least a few times a week.
10.) Spend Time in the Sun Every Day
Contrary to popular belief, the sun is so good for us. We need daily sun exposure to function and to encourage a positive mood. Optimal vitamin D levels help support hormonal balance, which is essential for healthy skin, hair, nails, mood, energy, cognitive functioning, and sleep.
Don't rely on supplements as your only source of vitamin D. Instead. spend at least 20 minutes in the sunshine every day so your body can synthesize vitamin D. Getting outside first thing in the morning is an excellent way to support your health, especially your hormones. Also, skip the sunglasses. Getting sunlight in our eyes is essential to our health.
