Gluten free banana bread recipe for glowing skin from the inside out


Ingredients

  • 4 small/med very overripe bananas

  • 4 large eggs room temp

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted and room temp

  • 2 1/4 Gluten Free All Purpose Flour I used the brand Cup for Cup

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp Ceylon cinnamon (contains higher amounts of antioxidants)


Instructions


  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until thoroughly combined.

  3. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring by hand until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Avoid using an electric mixer to ensure proper rising of the batter.

  4. Grease a small glass Pyrex baking dish and pour the batter into it.

  5. Bake for approximately 45 minutes, or until the bread turns a golden brown hue. To check if it is done, insert a toothpick or fork into the center of the loaf; if it comes out clean without any wet batter clinging to it, the bread is ready to be removed from the oven. Allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
