How To Make Healthy Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups

You know those delicious fruit roll-up treats you loved as a kid? Well, you can make a healthier version of them without the excess sugar and food coloring. They taste amazing! Plus, you only need two ingredients, strawberries and lemons.

I grew up eating fruit roll-ups all the time so I was really excited to make a healthier version of my childhood treat.


  • 10-15 medium strawberries

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon


  • Set oven 175

  • Cut up strawberries and add to a blender along with lemon juice. Blend until smooth

  • Pour liquid into a pan on low heat and simmer to thicken it up. Continuously stir until thick. You want to make sure as much water as possible is evaporated.

  • Once thick enough, remove from heat and add mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Spread the mixture evenly.

  • Place in oven. You will cook for around 3 hours. Every 30 min turn the baking sheet so it cooks evenly.

  • After 3 hours, remove from the oven and let cool

  • Roll the parchment paper into a roll lengthwise and cut into 1/2-inch circles.

You now have fruit roll-ups! Enjoy!!
