Healthy Strawberry Fruit Roll Ups

You know those delicious fruit roll up treats you loved as a kid? Well you can make a healthier version of them without the excess sugar and food coloring. They taste amazing! Plus you only need two ingredients, strawberries + lemons.
I grew up eating fruit roll ups all the time so I’m really excited to have a healthier version of my childhood treat.
Recipe:
10-15 medium strawberries
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Set oven 175
Cut up strawberries + add to a blender along with lemon juice. Blend until smooth
Pour liquid into a pan on low heat and simmer to thicken it up. Continuously stir until thick. The point is to evaporate as much water as possible.
Once thick enough remove from heat and add mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the mixture evenly.
Place in oven. You will cook for around 3 hours. Every 30 min turn the baking sheet so it cooks evenly.
After 3 hours remove from the oven and let cool
Roll the parchment paper into a roll lengthwise and cut into 1/2 inch circles.
You now have fruit roll ups! Enjoy!!
They are seriously so good.
