To get started find a brush you enjoy, start at the feet working your way toward the heart in long fluid strokes following the diagram for optimal benefits.
On your knees, elbows and shoulders move the brush in a circular motion.
On your stomach move the brush counter clockwise in a circular motion.
Once you finish pop in the shower to rinse off
It's best practice in the morning because it is so energizing.
I have been using a dry body brush for over 10 years and it has helped my skin to look really healthy while supporting my health in the process.
